The Calendar screen shows your month diary and the buttons to connect a calendar app.
Choose your calendar app
Press the Google button, or the Apple and Outlook button, or copy the private link into any calendar app that accepts one.
Booked moves appear
Each booked or completed job shows as an all-day event on the confirmed moving date.
New bookings follow
MicroBOS updates the link every hour. Your calendar app then collects the changes on its own timetable.
What the Calendar link covers
What it does
- Shows each booked and completed job from two months ago onwards.
- Names each event with the customer's first name and the postcodes of both addresses.
- Puts the job reference, the customer's full name, phone number and the accepted quote total in the event notes.
- Keeps the link private with a long secret code, so only people you give it to can see the jobs.
What it does not do
- Write anything back. Changing an event in your calendar app does not change the job in MicroBOS.
- Set times of day. Each move is an all-day event.
- Refresh on demand. Google, Outlook and Apple each set their own timetable for checking the link, and Google can take up to a day.

Does MicroBOS work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Open Calendar in MicroBOS and press the Google button. Booked moves then show in Google Calendar on the moving date.
Does MicroBOS work with Outlook and the iPhone calendar?
Yes. The Apple and Outlook button adds the same private link to Outlook or Apple Calendar.
How quickly does a new booking show?
MicroBOS updates the link every hour. Your calendar app then checks the link on its own timetable, and Google can take up to a day.
Can my crew see the calendar?
Anyone you give the private link to can see the booked moves. Crew members can also open each job they are shared on from MicroBOS.
Is the calendar link free?
Yes. The calendar link is part of the free tools on every MicroBOS plan.
